Rains force change of SL-NZ venues

Sri Lanka Cricket has moved the second and third one-day internationals against New Zealand away from Colombo due to heavy rain.

The Premadasa Stadium has been left under water following weeks of rain in the capital.
The matches, which will still be played on the same dates next week, have instead been moved to Pallekele where the Black Caps' tour has already got off to a soggy start.
After the one-off Twenty20 international was abandoned earlier this week the rain prevented any play in the first of the five-match ODI series on Thursday.
"Sri Lanka Cricket in consultation with New Zealand Cricket and Host Broadcaster Taj Entertainment Network has decided to change the venue for the second and third ODI's of the the ongoing series against New Zealand from R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo to Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy," A SLC statement read.
"The matches will be played on the 4th and 6th of November.
