Watson absence gives Quiney a debut

Rob Quiney will make his Test debut for Australia against South Africa on Friday after Shane Watson was officially ruled out of the match.
Watson will miss the clash at Brisbane with a calf injury he sustained when bowling for New South Wales against Queensland in their Sheffield Shield clash on Saturday.
The star all-rounder bowled just one over during Queensland's innings and will be a big loss for Australia against the top-ranked Proteas.
Quiney, who is likely to bat at number three, heads into the match in good form after making 85 in Australia A's first innings of their three-day game against South Africa at the SCG over the weekend.
